Information used by the shop

Tansy's Trove uses the contact, account and order information you provide to process purchases, arrange delivery, respond to questions and maintain business records. This can include your name, email, delivery address, phone number, order details and messages.

SortSwift hosts the storefront and its account, order and messaging features. Stripe processes payments. Card information is handled by the payment processor; do not send payment-card details in a contact message. Website providers may use cookies, device information and service logs to keep the site working, remember settings and help protect it from misuse.

Local delivery records

For local deliveries, we keep an order-linked record of the delivery outcome, time, location and relevant notes. We may photograph the delivered package. A recipient signature is optional. Delivery records and evidence are kept in the shop's restricted Google Workspace files and are used for fulfillment, customer support and resolving delivery disputes.

Sharing and retention

Information needed to run the shop is handled by service providers such as SortSwift, Stripe, Google Workspace and shipping carriers. We may provide relevant order or delivery evidence to a marketplace or payment provider when resolving a dispute, or disclose information when required by law.

We keep records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns or disputes and meet accounting or legal requirements. Access is limited to the people and services needed for those purposes.

Questions and requests

Use the Contact page on this website to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. We will consider the request under applicable law; some transaction records may need to be retained. Browser settings can control cookies, although blocking necessary cookies may affect account or checkout features.
